For use with major donors in 1x1 meetings, a Vision Packet is a multi-page case for support that walks potential donors through the complex work of your organization, highlighting a clear problem, solution, vision for the future, and call-to-action. Vision Packets may also include a giving chart, as well as detailed program descriptions. This tool helps you dial in your messaging and keeps multiple fundraisers on your team in sync as you each share about your organization’s compelling vision. It sets you up for a clear 'ask' and leaves the donor with comprehensive information to review outside a meeting and share with other decision makers.

What's Included:

8-12 designed pages, bound magazine-style packet. This packet is saddle stitched with long-edge binding, and can be designed vertically or horizontally.
500 copies, printed and shipped to you. (Additional quantities available upon request and further approval.)
PDFs for your ongoing re-printing needs, as well as a copy of the original design-files for your updating needs. To utilize these you’ll need access to Adobe Creative Suite.
Option to request a future reprint, as long as you’re an Unseen Partner.

Send your Unseen Partnership Manager a 3-5 year strategic plan, approved by your board, and tied to a major fundraising goal.
Be prepared to send a clear and up-to-date mission and vision statement.
Have clear and recent data/statistics that highlight the success of your programs, and why donors would want to invest with you.
Provide beautiful high-resolution photos covering the problem you're solving, solution you provide, and environment you work in.

During Production

Post Production

Use your product to build relationships with current donors and/or new contacts! Unseen’s generous donors pay for your projects, so that you can in turn connect with your donors, raise funds, and help more people. It’s our greatest desire that you use the products we create together.
Survey #1 - Production Feedback Survey - You will receive a short 5-10 minute survey upon completion of the project that evaluates your experience with Unseen processes, staff, and creatives.
Survey #2 - Product Effectiveness Survey - Several months after your product arrives, you’ll receive a second 10-15 minute survey focused on how you’ve used the product and what results you are seeing.
