Enhance your donation page and streamline your donors’ giving experience. Your donation page is a key tool in raising funds for your organization, as it’s the primary place potential donors visit when they consider giving. We’ll discuss donation page flow, design, verbiage, and best practices—with the goal of reducing friction and increasing donations.

*As an Unseen Partner, the cost to design your webpage is covered by Unseen donors, but the ongoing hosting/domain registration costs are covered by you, our partner. This is to give you full ownership and control of your donation page!

Product Details

What’s Included:

  • Option #1: An audit of your current donation page.
  • Option #2: An audit of your current page, plus a “mock-up” of recommendations for your web developer to implement. A mock-up/outline includes: layout and structure of page, messaging and verbiage. (Example here)
  • Option #3: An audit of your current page, mock-up of proposed redesign, plus creation of donation page by an Unseen contracted web developer. This option is dependent on the platform your website is built in, and if we have a designer who would be a good fit.

Additional Information:

  • Please note that we don’t specialize in donation page software integrations. (i.e. shopping cart linked to Stripe, etc.) If you are looking for a specialist to link your donation page to credit card processing systems and your CRM, we recommend hiring a designated professional who you can call immediately if your donation page (and its financial processing links) stop working.

Partner Responsibilities

During Production

  • Complete the forms we provide within the requested timeline.
  • Review each draft, providing edits and comments in a timely manner.

Post Production

  • Use your product to build relationships with current donors and/or new contacts! Unseen’s generous donors pay for your projects, so that you can in turn connect with your donors, raise funds, and help more people. It’s our greatest desire that you use the products we create together.
  • Survey #1 - Production Feedback Survey - You will receive a short 5-10 minute survey upon completion of the project that evaluates your experience with Unseen processes, staff, and creatives.
  • Survey #2 - Product Effectiveness Survey - Several months after your product arrives, you’ll receive a second 10-15 minute survey focused on how you’ve used the product and what results you are seeing.
